We are constantly working on new processes to make it easier for our customers to shop with us, whether online or in store. To aide in the experience, we have put together a few basics on each method of purchase from Naturali + Home:
In Store Orders
We have a storefront conveniently located in Unit 1C of Olde Mistick Village and are in talks to add a second location summer of 2020! Here are the basics:
- Due to new social distancing guidelines, we are restricted to a total of 6 people in our OMV storefront at any given time. We are also requesting that all customers use masks or appropriate facial coverings during their visit.
- All of our soap will be wrapped and sorted by type on our product display except one (1) display for each. We are trying to keep product handling to a minimum unless there is intent to buy.
- We do offer a 10% in store discount to all return customers! Just let us know at checkout and we will get that added on.
- We are able to accept cash, card and contactless as forms of payment. All non-cash payments are processed through our vendor Stripe. Refunds on in store purchases may take between 4 and 8 days to be reflected in your account.
Online Orders: USPS, Pickup & Curbside
Starting in March of 2020, we have added Pickup & Curbside options to orders placed at our website. Both order types will be placed the same way: by selecting a pickup time at checkout. If you prefer curbside, please call or text (860) 506-7575 to let us know when you arrive!
- Orders placed online will be processed as quickly as possible and in some cases, may ship as quick as the same day. We are unable to give guaranteed shipping or delivery dates at this time for USPS orders.
- Pickup & Curbside orders may take up to 24 hours to be marked ready for pickup. This is in case you order something to be picked up at one location but is only sold at the other.
- Payments for online orders may only be made through our website’s paypal portal. Cash or credit will not be accepted at time of pickup.
- Your order will be marked complete after being shipped or picked up. Contact us ASAP to make any changes to your order. No Changes can be made once marked complete!
