IF YOU WANT TO UPDATE YOUR ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS OUT, PLEASE CALL (860) 245-5518 ext 2 ASAP. WE FULFILL ORDERS QUICKLY AND HAVE LIMITED TIME TO MAKE ANY CHANGES.

 

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are eligible to ship via UPS or USPS. Once you select your shipping method at checkout, we will do our best to accommodate your request. In the event that we are unable to use the carrier of your choice, we will use the closest service (speed) to your original method. If there is any price difference in the method you chose and any replacement, Naturali Home will cover the difference. 

Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:30am will go out the next business day. Naturali Home accepts and packs orders 7 days a week. If you get a notification on a Saturday or Sunday that your order has shipped, it will not enter the mail stream until Monday.

Looking to pickup in store? Pickup at our Tanger, Foxwoods Store or Olde Mistick Village Store is always FREE.

 

 

Return Policy (In Store)

Purchases made at Naturali Home are able to be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. If an item is defective and or unusable, please contact [email protected] and we can give you refund or replacement options. All refunds other than store credit will be made at the discretion of Manager on Duty.

 

 

Return Policy (Online Orders)

Naturali Home accepts returns of all merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All refunds will be given back as store credit unless otherwise noted by our Customer Service Team. If your order came damaged or defective, let our team know and we can send out a replacement. Refunds to original payment methods are made at the discretion of our Customer Service Team. We reserve the right to decline a return or refund for any reason. To submit a return:

2. Lookup your order with Order ID (SHIPXXXXXX) and Shipping Zip Code
